SIIC-M033 pleated air filter pleating and gluing machine production line is special for making pleats and gluing of pleated air filters, such as pleated air filters, such as mini pleats, compact pleated air filter, W-V air filters, pleated panel filters.
 
Machine operation process: PP or fiberglass filter paper feeding-tensioning control-impression-trimming-glue nozzle open and close automatically-glue spraying automatically-fan cooling-pleats forming- pleats output (synchronous belt conveyor - conveying aluminium rolling)
Max pleats width: 900mm other width can be custom made
Pleats depth: 20-300mm, set up on screen as per your requirement
The pleats is very flat and the distance between corrugates is uniform.
Pleating speed: 2-38m/min
Glue line space: 25.4mm

Gluing type: continuous gluing, single surface gluing, double surfaces gluing, discontinuous gluing, dislocation arrangement gluing, jump gluing (gluing breaks for one pleat per several pleats)
