The Kosa Environmental’s configurable PTFE pleated membrane cartridges with ECTFE cage offer broad chemical compatibility and temperature resistance for highly aggressive applications in the microelectronics industry. This all-fluoropolymer liquid filter cartridge can remove particulates at micron ratings from 0.05 to 1.0 micron. Our pleated membrane cartridges provide high flow rates and high purity at low pressure drops.
Our customizable PTFE membrane cartridges with ECTFE cage are commonly used in “wet-etch and clean” chemical applications such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, etc. Other applications include photo-resists and ozonated process streams. We offer to flush and dry the cartridge or wet pack them is high purity DI water with a hydrogen peroxide preservative for ease of wetting. These cartridges may be sanitized using compatible chemical agents but cannot be autoclaved or steam sterilized. Our PTFE pleated membrane cartridges are manufactured in a clean-room environment with FDA compliant materials.
